Welcome to a new year of benefits - effective July 1, 2021!
Due to the minimal amount of changes to our insurance options for the upcoming school year and our current guidelines of large in-person meetings, our open enrollment informational sessions will not be held in the Community Board Room this year. However, we have an Open Enrollment Communication video to view along with a slideshow presentation.
1. DEADLINE: May 17 (Monday) by NOON
2. WHO SHOULD ELECT OR WAIVE:
All eligible employees (those employees who work 30 or more hours
per week in their primary role) MUST waive or elect insurance every year.
3. WHAT IS REQUIRED, ANNUALLY?
For you to elect or waive medical, dental, and/or vision insurance

4. DO I NEED TO COMPLETE AND RETURN ANY PAPER?
* HSA contributions: if you want to start/change/stop your HSA contribution,
you MUST fill out a paper form & return to HR
* NEW Health Plan B election: Whitnall contributes to your HSA,
you MUST fill out a paper form & return to HR
