Whitnall's Board of Education consists of seven community members. The community members are elected by the citizens of the Whitnall School District to oversee all aspects of the school district. Board members serve for a term of three years. School Board elections are held each spring. Interested candidates should review the Board Elections page.
The Board of Education meets twice monthly on the second and fourth Monday of each month, unless otherwise listed. The first meeting of the month is a workshop/discussion format, and the second meeting of the month is an action meeting. Visit our Board of Education Schedule page for a complete schedule of upcoming meetings. All Board of Education meetings are open to the public. Visit our Public Participation page for guidelines regarding opportunities for public comment during our meetings. Board meeting agendas are posted to the website prior to each meeting. The schedule for meetings is developed each spring after the election of the new officers.
