7th graders running for a Student Council officer position are reminded that today is the due date to send your video speech to Mr. Seavert before the election next week Tuesday.
Wrestling Open Mat
Any 8th grade boy or girl interested in wrestling next season is encouraged to attend any or all of the open mats during the summer! Participating in the open mats with current wrestlers is a good way to see if it's for you. If you did not get a chance to write a letter or card of appreciation to a staff member, it’s not too late. While Letter A of our ABC Countdown has already passed, we are celebrating teacher appreciation week all week long. If you did not get a chance to write a letter or card of appreciation to a staff member, it’s not too late. The drop off box is still available in the office to put your cards and letters in through tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 5/6 - Letter A - Appreciation Day: Time to show some appreciation for your amazing staff, and teachers around the building! Write a letter of appreciation thanking a staff member and drop it off in a box in the office. Remember to fold up your note and write the name of the staff member on the outside so it can be delivered to them. Student Council will also be cooking and serving breakfast to staff before school.
Wednesday 5/7 - Letter B - Beach Day: Dress up like you're ready to head to the beach. No swimsuits please!
Thursday 5/8 - Letter C - Chalk Day: Have fun at lunch recess and make artwork on our sidewalk and black top with chalk
Friday 5/9 - Letter D - Disney Day: Wear your favorite clothing representing your favorite Disney character or movie

Monday 5/12 - Letter E - Earth Clean Up Day: Spend time outside at lunch recess picking up garbage. Flight classes are also welcome to "clean the nest" for a portion of their class period.
Tuesday 5/13 - Letter F - Fancy Day: Put the hoodies, sweatpants, and crocs away for a day. Come to school dressed very formal and fancy.
Wednesday 5/14 - Letter G - Game Day: Play a board game, Blooket, etc. if your work is done early in class, lunch, or during Flight. (must be teacher approved)
