Please read all information before starting a new enrollment application
General Information
- A child is eligible for entrance into four (4) year old kindergarten if s/he attains the age of four (4) on or before September 1st and a child is eligible for five (5) year old kindergarten when s/he attain the age of five (5) on or before September 1st.
- Registration should be completed on a computer/laptop NOT a phone or tablet.
- The registration application is NOT compaatible with Internet Explorer. Please use another browser such as Chrome or FireFox.
- ENABLE POPUPS - you will need to enable popups in your browser .
- APPLICATION NUMBER - when a new application is started a registration number will be assigned. SAVE THIS NUMBER you will need it to return to the application if you should leave the application before it is complete.
- SUBMIT APPLICATION - once your application is completed, you must click "Save and Continue" until you reach the SUBMIT button. Unsubmitted applications will not be processed and may delay the enrollment process.
- If you have questions or do not have access to a computer, the Online Registration process can be completed at the District Office where kiosk computers are available for your use.

Required Information and Documentation
All required information and documents must be submitted with your application to avoid delays. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
1. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- Household Information - address and phone numbers
- Parent/Guardian Information - work and cell phone numbers, email addresses for each guardian
- Student Information - birth date, race, full name (including middle name if your student has one), previous school information. A birth certificate will be required for enrollment of any student who has never been enrolled in school.
- Student Immunization Records
- Student Health Conditions, medications, name of primary care provider, other medical needs
- Emergency Contacts - names and contact information (minimum of two (2) contacts are required with a maximum of five (5))
- Residency Verification Documents - Acceptable Residency Documents
2. REVIEW TECHNOLOGY DOCUMENTS
Review Technology Acceptable Useage Policy and appropriate Chromebook guide(s) below.
You will be asked to verify that you have read and understood Whitnall School Board Technology Acceptable Usage Policy.
