Started in the 2016-17 school year, the Student Help Desk is staffed by volunteer high school students in grade 10-12. Future plans for the volunteer positions include a for-credit internship program. Students interested in the internship program should talk to their counselors. All training is done on the job.

Daily Tasks:
- Schedule appointments
- Clean and maintain workspace
- Basic cleaning and care of electronic equipment
- Process customer requests (SpiceWorks)
Customer Service:
- Answer Help Desk line and desk greetings
- iPad troubleshooting for students and staff
- Perform common technical requests
