REFERENDUM 2024

In November 2024, the Whitnall community voted to authorize a $79.1 million capital referendum and investment in the future of our district’s facilities. This landmark decision reflects a shared commitment to providing safe, modern, and accessible learning environments for all students. The projects within this scope are the result of extensive facility assessments and community feedback, focusing on three primary pillars: District-wide infrastructure, comprehensive High School renovations, and targeted Elementary School upgrades.

THE REFERENDUM INCLUDES:

DISTRICT-WIDE UPGRADES

Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and updates to building infrastructure including HVAC, roofs, windows, etc.

WHITNALL HIGH SCHOOL UPGRADES

Renovated science labs, renovated kitchen, renovated locker rooms, renovated fitness center, updates to auditorium, replacement of failing pool

EDGERTON ELEMENTARY UPGRADES

Right-sized 4K and 5K classrooms, new dedicated gym space, renovated kitchen, updates to main office
