ANNUAL MEETING & BUDGET HEARING

Breakdown of Tax Levy: $14,084,697 for Fund 10: General Fund, $137,419 for Fund 38: the Non-Referendum debt service, $5,254,371 in Fund 39: Referendum Debt Service;$50,000 Capital Expansion Fund 41, and $200,000 for Fund 80.

Be it resolved by the electors of the Whitnall School District, pursuant to section 120.10(14) of the Wisconsin Statutes that the School Board be and is hereby authorized to provide for the prosecution or defense of any legal action or proceeding in which the district is or may be interested during the 2025-26 school year.

Be it resolved by the electors of the Whitnall School District, pursuant to section 120.10(3) that the salaries of School Board Members for the 2025-26 school year be set as follows:

Board President: $4,500
All other members: $4,000

Be it resolved by the electors of the Whitnall School District to authorize payment of actual expenses of School Board Members when traveling in the performance of duties.

Be it resolved by the electors of the Whitnall School District, that the date and time of the annual meeting for the 2026-27 school year be established as September 21, 2026 or as determined by the School Board.
