STRATEGIC PLANNING
In July 2025, the Whitnall School District approved its new strategic plan. As part of bringing that plan to life, we created a Strategic Plan Dashboard, created in partnership with ECRA. This interactive resource gives our community a clear view of our progress and supports our commitment to continuous improvement.
The dashboard offers a user friendly way to explore important information connected to each pillar of the strategic plan. It monitors progress and will be updated three to four times each year. Community members can review key data, follow goals overtime, and see how the district is advancing its priorities.
Key features include:
Progress Monitoring: The dashboard shows how we are moving toward our strategic goals. It highlights successes, identifies areas for improvement, and supports data informed decision making along the way.
Transparency for Stakeholders: Staff, families, and community members can easily view indicators and strategies, helping everyone stay informed and engaged.
Indicators: Indicators represent measurable values that show progress toward district goals. Some include charts that track changes over time. Others are still in development and marked with icons until data collection begins.
Strategies and Action Steps: Strategies outline the planned approaches the district will use to reach its goals. Each strategy expands into action steps that describe how the work will be carried out, including general timelines and the staff member responsible.
