WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO ENROLL MY CHILD?
To enroll your child in our school district, please provide us with the following:
Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency (i.e. a copy of a PT wage tax statement, closing agreement, occupation permit, rental agreement, or notarized letter from the owner of the home where you are living)
Immunization Records
If you are enrolling over the summer, please attend the Annual Registrations Days in August. Call the District Office at 414-525-8411 for details. If registering during the school year, please contact the building secretary at each school to get the registration packets needed.
IF I MOVE OUT OF THE DISTRICT AND WANT TO COMPLETE THE SCHOOL YEAR IN THE WHITNALL SCHOOL DISTRICT, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
