THE STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS IS CURRENTLY UNDERWAY - INFORMATION PRESENTED IS IN DRAFT FORMAT ONLY!

BACKGROUND

The last major revision to our Continous Planning Model was completed in January of 2005. Besides developing yearly goals and initiatives, we have revised some of our yearly goal structures and models including devising an Action Planning Model to assist in goal completion. At this juncture, it is time to revisit the big picture where we are looking at the following:

Do the current mission, beliefs and values address not only where we are as a District, but also where we want to be 2,3 and 5 years out?
Do we have a pulse on what our community stakeholders want for the District?
Are we focusing our time and energies on the right things?
