6th Grade
Physical Education class helps students understand the link between physical activity and good health. Areas of concentration include fitness, basic motor skills necessary to participate in a variety of activities, a working knowledge of rules for each unit, teamwork, sportsmanship, and self esteem. Units include flag football, softball, basketball, badminton, pickleball, volleyball, bowling, dance, fitness, rollerblading, and track. Physical Education will meet on alternate days opposite Foreign Language.

Curriculum units include but are not limited to flag football, softball, basketball, badminton, pickleball, volleyball, bowling, dance, fitness, rollerblading, floor hockey, and team handball, team rugby, cricket, and track. Physical education will meet on alternate days opposite Foreign Language.
