To students of Whitnall High School:
- You must have a valid pass from a teacher to make any school store purchase during a class period.
NO PASS=NO SERVICE
- You are not allowed to eat food or drink beverages in the hallways, please make every effort to put your items away in your backpacks.
- The school store is open for 4 minutes during the 5 minute passing time between classes. You must make arrangements to be to your next class ON TIME! Being tardy to a class as a result of being in the school store is not considered excused. Teachers have the right to request that a student who does not abide by this rule be subject to having their school store privileges revoked for the remainder of the school year.
- It is up to the individual teacher to allow or not allow food and or beverage in the classroom. If a teacher does not allow food and or beverage in their classroom you MUST respect and abide by that teacher’s rules regarding food and beverage in the classroom. Teachers have the right to request that a student who does not abide by this rule be subject to having their school store privileges revoked for the remainder of the school year.
- No loitering, inappropriate language, derogatory remarks, horse-play and unsafe behavior will not be tolerated in the school store.
- Involvement in school store theft or vandalism may be subject to investigation by school personnel and the local police. Students may be subject to further disciplinary action based on school board policies related to theft and vandalism of school property.
- A “DO NOT SERVE” list will be kept and posted in the school store. You will be informed at time of service if you are ineligible to purchase items from the school store due to violation of one or any of the above mentioned rules.
- The school store is a privilege –not a right!
