2010-11 Whitnall High School Building Goals
100% of the Whitnall High School faculty will continue to participate in a PLC where each department will collaborate to create course syllabi for all department courses including relevant Standards, Benchmarks, and Unit Learning Targets by the end of the 2010-11 school year.
 
100% of the Whitnall High School faculty will continue to participate in a course-alike PLC where each Professional Learning Team will develop, utilize, and evaluate at least one unit, including one common formative assessment, per semester of the 2010-11 school year.
 
Whitnall High School Long-Term Goal
Through the alignment of WHS course goals, the development of common course units, and analysis of course-specific common assessments, the WHS staff is committed to increasing student achievement as evidenced by a .2 point growth in the Whitnall High School average ACT composite score (22.6) by the end of the 2010-11 school year and an average ACT composite score of 24 by 2013-14.
