ACTIVITY FEE:  $20

     Whitnall High School Power Lifting is a sport offered to all students in good standing at Whitnall.  Those students who participate in a fall and/or spring sport,but do not have a winter sport, power lifting is for you.  Meet new people, learn proper lifting techniques, and compete against other athletes from around the state.

     Whitnall Power Lifting competes at Regional (4 meets), State, and National events.  If you are strong enough, you could be selected for the USA World Team and represent the United States in International competition.

     The governing body, which sanctions all meets, is the International Power Lifting Federation (IPF).  Lifters may be drug tested.  Whether you are looking to improve your strength and conditioning for another sport, or just looking to be part of an exciting activity, give Whitnall High School Power Lifting a try.
