The 2008-09 Power Lifting season is now in progress.  Please visit this site often for any new information on upcomming meets, meetings, lifting times,  or cancellations.

I.  If you didn't know:  Lori Marshall is running power liftings latest fundraiser, selling car decals.  There are some 20+ decals covering everything from girls softball to student senate.  The cost is only $8.  And yes there is a power lifting decal, and yes it is the best looking one.  THERE IS NOW AN ORDER FORM POSTED UNDER "FUNDRAISERS".

II.  Our first meet will take place at Arrowhead High School on Sat., Dec. 13.  More infomation will follow within two weeks.
