Whitnall High School Help Desk
The high school help desk is open daily but is generally not staffed all 7 periods in the day. Open hours vary each semester based on student availability. If assistance is needed when the desk not staffed, please contact the help desk directly. Please note that Whitnall Help Desk only supports Whitnall School District technology. Every attempt will be made to assist with personal devices, but there are no guarantees that a resolution will be found.

- Basic cleaning and care of equipment
- Process customer requests

- Answer helpdesk line and desk greeting
- iPad/Chromebook troubleshooting for students and staff
- Perform common technical requests

- The device you are using (iPad, Chromebook, etc.)
- A detailed description of the trouble
- if possible, please include any error messages displaying or a screenshot
Providing detailed information will help to quickly resolve the trouble without needing to request additional clarifications from you.
